Video 1 (.rm format). The first obtuse marginal branch is exposed using the Octopus TE (TM) Device. The stabilizer was brought into the left pleural cavity through a subxiphoid port. The arrested heart is lifted and rotated so as to bring the first obtuse marginal branch into an anterolateral position. A left internal mammary artery graft which was harvested endoscopically is sutured to the target vessel. Endoscopic silastic tapes were applied to stop backflow from the target vessel.
